About Us.
Communication for Development (C4D) is a women non-profit, national, non-governmental, and non-political organization, registered with the South Sudan Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) in Juba in 2022 under registration number 4333. C4D is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with disabilities and promoting social cohesion and inclusion across all states of South Sudan.

HEALTH
Improving access to quality health services, promoting health education, and supporting disease prevention, including HIV/AIDS, COVID-19, and other emerging health threats
Education
Enhancing access and quality of education for vulnerable groups, including children with disabilities, girls, and internally displaced persons, by renovating schools, providing scholarships, and training teachers.
Food Security and Livelihoods
Supporting vulnerable households through food distribution, agricultural inputs, livelihood training, and income-generating activities to improve food security and economic resilience.
Social Inclusion and Empowerment
Advocating for the rights of marginalized groups, promoting gender equality, and empowering women, youth, and persons with disabilities to participate actively in community decision-making processes.

Enhance health and well-being:
Increase access to quality health services, promote health education, and support disease prevention efforts.
Improve inclusive education:
Expand educational opportunities for marginalized children, especially girls and children with disabilities.
Strengthen food security and livelihoods:
Support vulnerable households to attain food self-sufficiency and economic resilience.
Foster social inclusion and community empowerment
Promote social cohesion, protect vulnerable groups from violence and discrimination, and enable marginalized populations to participate in local governance and development.
